Qualifications : A Ph.D. degree in forest management or related field; demonstrated research experience in forest management, timber supply modelling, forest management planning, and/or system analysis; young scientist preferably be not more than 40 years of age; be recommended by the head of organization(if the applicant is working for research institution) or the PhD advisor; have a good command of spoken and written English; be in good health, both physically and mentally.
Allowances : A living allowance of 1,700,000 Won(? about USD 1,700) per month; The rent for a studio room of 400,000 Won(? about USD 400) per month; one-way airplane ticket for fellows only.

(1) Each applicant must submit a copy of the Application Form and Medical Report, Copy of Ph. D. certification and summary of Ph. D. (2) Inform the applicants by January 6, 2006 whether or not the applicants have been accepted.
