Three major sectors await you :
- the Wide Market welcomes manufacturers of modern and classical furniture, large distribution and bedding, and in 2006 will move towards all home products following the evolution of the market.
- the Village regroups classical furnishing products adapted to todays needs in a specially adapted scenography and presents the market’s trends.
- the Métropole brings together industrial firms and editors dedicated to contemporary furniture and working with designers. In 2006 the Metropole will widen its offer: kitchen, bathroom, lighting.
1,000 firms, of which 40% from 40 different countries will be present.
Their offer concerns all items for the home, aimed at distribution as well as interior design. All market levels are represented.
The Fair welcomes 40,000 French and International visitors.
The 2005 edition will be placed under the auspices of the “art of living” which will feature in each sector and will be at the heart
The "grand public" day
On Saturday 7th of January 2006, from 11am to 7pm, the Salon du Meuble de Paris opens its doors to non-professionals.
Sale to the public is forbidden, but visitors can obtain all the necessary information and procure stockists’ addresses.
Professional buyers have the opportunity to visit the Fair on Saturday 7th only. They can benefit from a prefential rate (10 euros) valid only on Saturday 7th.
The following events will take place simultaneously : Paris Sélection Déco ( home decorative objects ), Tapis (Persian, traditional and contemporary rugs) and Approfal (supplies and services for furniture manufacturers and dealers.
