The 12th Moscow International Construction and Interior Exhibition "MosBuild" will take place from the 4th to 7th April 2006 at two exhibition venues: Expocentr and Crocus Expo. This event is organised by ITE, the leader of exhibition business in Russia.
At present MosBuild is the only construction and interior exhibition in Russia of truly international level featuring the latest technologies and launches, products and services of leading international companies engaged in the field of capital construction, renovation and finishing.
More than 2000 companies will participate in MosBuild 2006. Manufacturers and suppliers from Russia, Austria, Germany, UK, Denmark, Spain, Italy, China, Korea, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Turkey, Finland, France, Switzerland and other countries will present their products at the exhibition. Total space of the exposition will be more than 120,000 sq m
For the convenience of participants and visitors of the exhibition, MosBuild will be traditionally divided into specialised sections. Expocentr will accommodate the following sections: Build, Santechnika, Ceramic & Stone, Technoceramica, Heat*Vent and Garden.
For the first time Build Section will comprise an exposition of Building Management Systems and Electrics dedicated to engineering systems of industrial and public buildings and "smart house" solutions. Participants of this exposition will include companies engaged in production, distribution and service provision in the field of engineering and electrical support and management systems of buildings.
Publishing House "Krasivye Doma" will hold free consultations on country house design and complex construction within Build exhibition.
Also, architects will give free consultations on landscape design and cottage construction arranged by "Modern House" Magazine within Garden Section.
Traditional Forum "Efficiency Improvement of Heat, Gas and Water Supply Systems, Heating and Ventilation" will take place within Heat*Vent Section. This Forum organised jointly with the specialists of NP "AVOK North-West" will be run on the 5th and 6th of April and will be attended by leading specialists from Moscow and St Petersburg.
Crocus Expo will accommodate Interior Sections of MosBuild including: Interiors, Windows & Doors, Glass & Facades, Window Decoration and Decorative Textile, Flooring and Interior Doors.
Architects' consultations on home arrangement will be held by ITE jointly with "Ideas of Your House" Magazine within Interiors, Window Decoration and Decorative Textile, and Flooring Sections. The best architects of Moscow will provide free advice on any issues connected with house renovation and arrangement.
MosBuild exhibition will be held under the support of the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the RF, Ministry of Regional Development, State Duma, Moscow Government, Union of Architects of Russia, Association of Russian Constructors, Russian Society of Construction Engineers, Russian Union of Constructors and Union of Designers of Russia.
EXHIBITION HISTORY
Since 1995, MosBuild has been Russia's largest and most prestigious event for the construction, building and interiors industry.
MosBuild is made up of several specialised exhibitions which bring together the best representatives of the building and interiors industry with a growing number of professionals from Russia, the CIS and several other countries worldwide.
In 2005, part of MosBuild moved to the new 'Crocus Expo' venue in Moscow and after the success of the move in 2006 Decotex will join Windows & Doors, Glass & Facades, Flooring and Interiors. Collectively, these events are known as MosBuild+. These events, in addition to those remaining at Moscow's premier exhibition venue, Expocentr, means that MosBuild 2006 will be the biggest in its history and it will occupy Moscow's two largest fairgrounds.
