Roberto Bauch, a pioneer in promoting responsible forestry, passed away on June 22nd 2007, aged 57. Since 1995, Mr. Bauch directed the Latin America Program for Scientific Certification Systems (SCS), an FSC accredited certification body. Roberto Bauch significantly contributed to promoting responsible forest management.
