January 6, 2020 - New Secretary of State for Forests and Land Affairs in the Ministry of Agriculture

On December 30, 2019, the Official Gazette Bulletin No. 10/2019 was published. (XII. 30.) AM Instruction on the Organizational and Operational Regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture.
According to the regulations that came into force on December 31, 2019, issues related to forests have become more prominent than before, as the former State Secretariat for Land Affairs has been renamed the State Secretariat for Forests and Land Affairs.
To this end, two Deputy Secretariats of State shall be set up:
- has been created as a new element in addition to the Deputy Secretary of State for Land Affairs, who is still in existence
- the status of Deputy Secretary of State for Forests, after which the new Deputy Secretary of State will manage the work of the Department of Forestry, the Department of Wildlife Management and the Department of Fisheries.
