15-03-2011 - Dear colleagues, dear friends of Forestpedagogy in Europe,
as announced during our 5th European Congress in Lahti (Oct. 2010), the 6th European
Forest pedagogy Congress will  take place in
Freising (Germany, Bavaria) from the 25th - 27th of July 2011.
The preliminary programme of the 6th Congress is online on our homepage
forestpedagogics.eu in German and English language. Look:

"Market of Possibilities", where  you can present your own innovative forest
pedagogic-project or best-practice-examples.

Under the title "Forest pedagogics - thinking global, acting local", up-to-date
concepts, research results and latest developments in the fields of forest
pedagogics and Education for Sustainable Development will be presented and
discussed. Experts from various nationalities will present their approach to forest
pedagogics. The outcomes of the discussions can then benefit the field work of the
participants. The topic of this years congress was also chosen with dedication to
the International Year of Forests 2011 - and the contributions Forest pedagogy can
give to this UN-initiative. The conference language is English and German
(translation).
