12 August 2015 - The first troops had arrived in Orfű, 22th European Forest Orienteering Championships (EFOL) central location.
15 countries 420 sportsmen was waiting the organizers - the Mecsek Forestry Co. , the Tájfutásért-Pécs Foundation and the National Forestry Association - the sport event Saturday. The sprint, the normal distance and relay race numbers varied terrain takes place: in the sprint race on August 12 in the center of Pecs is held in, the normal distance Orfű and Abaliget August 13, the relay race will be 15 at Pécs-Árpádtető, near the Mecsextrem Park.
The European Forest Orienteering Championships (EFOL) was organized in 1994 for the first time in Latvia in Strenči. On 12 August, at five o'clock in the afternoon the official opening ceremony was held in Pécs Széchenyi square a spectacular parade of the participating nations.
