Please be informed that the CDM Executive Board agreed to launch a call for experts for its Afforestation/Reforestation Working Group (A/R WG).

Taking into account the increasing workload of the A/R WG, the CDM
Executive Board announced that a call for experts will be made from 02
October 2006 to 20 October 2006 (17.00 GMT) in order to increase the
number of A/R WG members from six (6) to eight (8), with a view to
consider a shortlist of experts at its twenty-seventh meeting.   In
